As an electrician born and bred in New Zealand, I always enjoyed the way light dramatically changes the way a room not only looks but also the way it feels. To me, it is paramount to establish a cohesive lighting layout to the function of any room.
One of the homes that my wife and I owned had a large blank wall behind the couch. I started with an idea and created a woven repeating pattern. It was only when I wanted to illuminate it that the art piece took on another exciting form.
I’ve since taken the concept further with high spec LED’s and handmade custom shapes for each of my stunning “Matrix Design” illuminated art pieces.
